1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You must notify up7777 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Before processing any withdrawal request, up7777 requires successful completion of the KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) and, where applicable, proof of your payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot confirming your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account is registered in your own name). up7777 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. up7777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the up7777 platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not impose currency conversion charges; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees which are outside up7777's control.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK interbank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers are credited within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions. up7777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to fund the account, and only to accounts registered in the Player's own verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Verified accounts receive withdrawal processing within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. up7777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. up7777 may apply a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after providing prior notice to the registered email address. 6. Sports Betting Rules

Each game operates in accordance with its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and rules. up7777 does not alter RTP settings from those certified by the game provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including server disconnection, software error, or display fault — up7777 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the staked amount returned. up7777's decision on such matters is final.
